THE EC LINK STORY

EC LINK opened its office on January 2, 2019. In just a few years, EC LINK has successfully built a network of over 200 Business Owners, Intermediaries, Partners to assist in accomplishing its mission of providing business solutions to businesses owners. Despite EC LINK’s pioneering effort, its gains is attributed to commitment to excellence and conscientiousness.

EC LINK has the support of trained intermediaries, consultants and partners who are leaders in their field of expertise, delivering exceptional customers service to business owners and entrepreneurs.

The opening of the EC LINK Alabang office will strategically serve the southern Metropolitan Manila’s burgeoning economy. Alabang, often referred to as the gateway to CALARBAZON, is the 2nd district of Muntinlupa. Alabang is an upscale district that houses new industrial and commercial businesses not to mention the development of high end residential villages and high-rise condominiums. The developments of large scale commercial Real Estate projects included the construction of Shopping Centers, Malls and other businesses to serve the need of the growing CALARBAZON population currently at over 15 Million. The economic growth south of Metro Manila fueled the move of local and multinational corporations to establish its headquarters/home offices in Alabang.

EC LINK’s successful pioneering effort in establishing a PROFESSIONAL company is a validation of the need for intermediary service representing Buyers and Sellers of Middle Market companies and Franchises. EC LINK hit the ground running with ZERO inventory when it opened its doors in Jan 2019 but ended that year with 73 Middle Market sized businesses listed for sale for a total business value of P4 billion. In 2020, in the face of the Pandemic, it SOLD 7 of its listings. In 2021, the 2nd year of the PANDEMIC WITH SEVERAL OF ITS LISTED BUSINESSES CLOSING DOWN, EC LINK sold 11 business listings. In 2022, despite continued slowdown in business activity as a result of the pandemic, EC LINK SOLD 15 businesses.

The Founder

Founder and President of EC LINK-Phil., Inc.

She brings to the business community depth of experience, having worked as a banker, business intermediary and retailer, in the USA for over 40 years. She held the position of Vice President at 2 major banks and financial institutions in California, USA , providing Financing and Lines of Credit to Middle Market companies. She also managed the operations need of corporate clients such as Cash Management, Investments, Payroll services.

Eleanor also represented the major banks in International Correspondent Bank consortiums, participated in providing Financing to publicly held companies. Transitioning from the banking industry, Eleanor obtained a California Real Estate License and practiced as an independent business broker with a well established brokerage firm, in Orange County, CA, for 10 years. Her experience as a banker, helped her succeed in this business, gaining respect from an internationally known corporate franchisor, representing the sale of their franchised stores.

Eleanor also owned and successfully operated the Hallmark Store in Laguna Niguel, California. She sold this business when she decided to retire in the Philippines. Eleanor brings to this pioneering industry in the Philippines, her experience as a Business Intermediary, a seasoned Banker and a Retailer.
