His training as a corporate marketing professional, a business coach and behavioral profiler/strategist will prove invaluable in the selection process of a good business partner. Roberto’s knowledge of marketing extends into cyberspace. As a certified digital marketer he knows how to integrate traditional and digital for a totally robust campaign. ANTHONY RAYMOND H. BUGAOAN
He is a dedicated professional with over two decades of experience in the Rotary Club, embodying the motto "Service above self." He is a licensed Electronics and Communication Engineer who initially worked at PLDT as a Product Development Specialist. Anthony shifted his focus to business, recognizing its potential for positive impact, and opted for early retirement to pursue service-oriented ventures.
He has successfully established various businesses, including a restaurant, an insurance agency, and a massage service, emphasizing a meaningful difference in his clients' lives. In 2018, Anthony joined ECLINK as a business intermediary, identifying and addressing a significant gap in the Philippine business landscape: the lack of exit strategies for family-run businesses. He aims to facilitate growth, succession, and smooth transitions in this sector.

ANALISSA JARDIN
She is a seasoned banker prior to doing business matching. She has 17 years of solid banking experience with her last post being the VP and Head of Transaction Banking at a top Japanese global bank. She was instrumental in the strategic alliance between this bank and a local bank which proves her expertise in collaboration and alliances.
She has multiple industry experiences having been a Senior Regional Marketing Specialist at one of the world’s top air express cargo (a Fortune 100 company).
Analissa is a business graduate of UP Diliman and an active business sorority member of Adelfe Enu Crea, partner of the illustrious Pan Xenia Fraternity and the Pan Xenia Foundation.
She is also an advocate of Circular Economy (ESG-SDG) involving Renewable Energies. She collaborates and partners with various stakeholders (Farmers Fisherfolks, Urban Poor, Aqua Experts, Waste Experts, Impact Funders, etc). She got this RE inclination from her first job at PNOC-ERDC doing financial feasibility studies for the then Alternative Energy Uses of Geothermal Energy.
WEST STEWART
He is engaged in global business and financial transactions for nearly 35 years. He held the position of Vice President at S&P Debt Ratings, International Ratings in New York City for several years, and worked in the Japanese financial markets as Vice President Investment Banking, for nearly five years with Merrill Lynch. He also was the head of operations for a Latin American Power Division at Mitsubishi International.
As an entrepreneur, he has developed an expertise in industrial and energy markets, having developed & managed Asia Biogas Co., a firm that became an ASEAN market leader in biogas to energy systems and carbon abatement programs. He also worked with several Japanese and ASEAN based financing firms, some of whom invested in renewable energy projects developed by Stewart’s investment banking boutique, Silk Roads Ltd.
Stewart now operates a firm in the broader renewable energy and carbon financing space in Manila, Philippines. He has been recognized by Frost & Sullivan for entrepreneurial achievement.
Stewart hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and received a B.A. from The George Washington University, Washington DC, & an MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School for International Management, Phoenix, Arizona.
